Colin Gee, former principle clown for Cirque du Soleil, combines experiments in identity with deft physical characterisation to recreate the climactic scene of his film Dakota as a riveting solo performance. A father attempts to negotiate the safe return of his daughter, held captive by former business associates who he has swindled. Introduced by a video installation from Dakota, this is a piece filled with humour, pathos and the crystalline beauty of absence. Also features a transcendent score by acclaimed composer Erin Gee.
